Role Description

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional to develop their skills in a structured and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions (Accounts Payable & Receivable).
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the team during tax filings and external audit missions.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of all financial documentation.
• Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and internal controls.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills. You should be a fast learner, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (ENCG, University, or Business School).
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards (CGNC).
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Sage, or Oracle) is a significant advantage.
• Good level of English and French (both written and spoken).

Professional Experience

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years (12–24 months) of experience in an accounting or audit role. High-quality internships in multinational companies or audit firms (Big 4) are highly valued.
