Job Overview
We are looking for proactive and driven Bac+3 graduates to join our operations in Kenitra or Casablanca. Whether you specialize in Logistics, Production, or Quality, Magna offers a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence are part of our daily work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery targets (On-Time Delivery).
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems (SAP).
- Lead shop-floor teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity (HSE standards).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED) to reduce waste.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports (KPIs) for the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project launches.
Candidate Profile

Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bac+3 (Bachelor's Degree / Licence) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
- Strong proficiency in English (working language for international coordination).
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 is a plus).
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 2 years (24 months) of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Automotive or Aerospace sector) is preferred. Successful internships in similar roles will also be considered.
