Job Overview

We are looking for proactive and driven Bac+3 graduates to join our operations in Kenitra or Casablanca. Whether you specialize in Logistics, Production, or Quality, Magna offers a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence are part of our daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery targets (On-Time Delivery).
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems (SAP).
• Lead shop-floor teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity (HSE standards).
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED) to reduce waste.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports (KPIs) for the management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project launches.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with a "Forward. For all." mindset. You should be a problem-solver, resilient under pressure, and possess strong communication skills to thrive in a multicultural industrial environment.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bac+3 (Bachelor's Degree / Licence) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
• Strong proficiency in English (working language for international coordination).
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949 is a plus).
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 2 years (24 months) of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Automotive or Aerospace sector) is preferred. Successful internships in similar roles will also be considered.
