Our company is a world-class automotive supplier located in the heart of the TAC 1 industrial zone. To support our maintenance and production efficiency, we are seeking a highly organized Spare Parts Storekeeper to manage our technical warehouse.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Warehouse or Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the physical and administrative management of the spare parts stock. You will ensure that all technical components are correctly stored, tracked, and available for the maintenance technicians to minimize machine downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming spare parts against purchase orders.
• Organize storage locations and ensure optimal warehouse layout (5S).
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering processes for critical parts.
• Issue parts to maintenance teams and record movements in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
• Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the store area.
• Manage shipping and tracking of parts sent for external repair.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a rigorous individual with strong attention to detail. You should have a good understanding of technical components (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Bac+2 Degree (DTS, BTS, DUT) in Logistics, Industrial Maintenance, or Business Management.
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Sage, or CMMS tools).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential for inventory tracking).
• Good understanding of 5S and warehouse management best practices.
• Basic technical knowledge to identify spare parts correctly.
• Ability to communicate in French and/or English.

Professional Experience

At least 2 years (24 months) of experience in a similar role within an industrial warehouse, preferably in the automotive or aerospace sector.

Working Conditions

Full-time permanent position. Shift work might be required based on production needs. Location: TAC 1, Tangier.
